Flag of Punishment is the first studio album of the japanese power metal band Galneryus.
They play material inspired by metal legends Dream Theater, Sonata Arctica, and X JAPAN. (Links leading to Last.Fm)
You can say that they play Neo Classical / Power Metal with English lyrics even though in their later albums they tend to use their native language as much as English.
